Inspiring and unleashing the brilliance of black girls.
A Community of Sisters Inspiring Sisters
We are Sisters keepers, a community of black women connected by a shared vision - to mentor, enable and support the next generation of black girl leaders. Our goal is to serve as a springboard for black girls and women to envision, embrace and achieve success. Our mission is inspired by our life experiences and journeys, and together we are committed to creating opportunities for black girls and young women.
About
Sisters Keepers
We inspire and enable black girls to be the best version of themselves.
Sisters Keepers strives to advance the well-being of young black girls between the ages of 12 and 18. Our mission is to tackle real-world problems confronting black girls and to supply the resources, tools, and support they require to be successful.
We view education as a critical component of a successful life and are devoted to helping young women access the best education possible. We firmly believe that girls with the proper backing and guidance can evolve into self-sufficient and successful leaders in their communities and careers.
Our initiatives are intended to inspire, support, engage, equip, and unleash the brilliance of young black girls across the globe.

Programmes
Our
-
Black girls often face unique challenges and obstacles, such as discrimination and bias, that can make it difficult for them to succeed academically and professionally. The Black Girls in the Lead program (BGILD) is aimed at providing resources, support, and opportunities to black girls to help them overcome these barriers and enable them to reach their full potential.
-
The Bloom program is designed to support girls with the mental health support and resources they need to navigate mental health challenges. We partner with local organizations offering mental health services to girls.
-
Black girls often face unique challenges in achieving and maintaining physical health, such as limited access to healthy food options, lower levels of physical activity, and a lack of culturally-sensitive healthcare. By providing education, mentorship, and support, we can help black girls build healthy habits and overcome these challenges.
